UPDATE: Samsung Galaxy S2 is already available in the UK across all major networks and retailers. The pricing for the smartphone is diffferent from carrier to carrier. For example, Clove UK offers the Galaxy S2 for 708 GBP ($1150) without contract. It has been also released in other European countries. As for the US launch date, it is expected to arrive in the Q3.
